A bit of the beach is coming to Burwash this summer!
I’ll be bringing a bit of the beach to my lovely gallery with beautiful lambswool wraps made in Brighton by Gabrielle Vary, porcelain jewellery inspired by boats and beach huts by Phiona Richards and Sam Robinson; driftwood boats and beach hut sculptures by Andy Povey from Norfolk; tea towels, notebooks and badges from Alice Shields in Bristol. Birgitte Bruun has been making earrings and pendants with silver and topaz. Bek Genery is exhibiting her pearl collection and rings set with ruby and moonstone. Jo Tunmer is showing an exclusive collection of oil paintings of coastal views and I’ll be showing an exclusive collection of work in soft blues, greens and greys. The gallery is open Monday to Saturday 10-5 and Sundays 12-5, free parking, you don’t hear that often enough in Cambridge!

or visit one of my stockists in Wimbledon, Nottingham, Jersey, Suffolk, Holland or Seattle! I’m busy making teabowls for Comins Tea house in Dorset and salad bowls for Red Ticking in Seattle.
Feeling creative? I’ve got four potter’s wheels now and during open studios in July, you can book a throwing lesson for up to four people at a time. Book here http://www.eventbrite.co.uk/o/rachel-dormor-ceramics-5425982855
